Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: We do not ship to some Asian countries and selected remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item for any reason, we’re here to help.
Our Returns Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unworn
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:
- Sleeping bags
- Mosquito nets
- Inflatable chairs
- Ice packs
- Camping toilets
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will email you a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the Returns Authorisation Number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account will depend on your payment provider’s policies:
- VISA/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchange Process
If you request an exchange for a different size or color, we will process this once we receive your returned item. If the exchanged item costs more than the original, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
